Thanks all.

burnie good to see you around.

This guy does some amazing work.

Hey Mark.  I didnt know you were on this board.  I just stumbled onto this forum yesterday.  Looks like a great site.  Lots of great bowyers here.  I see Rich (the Ipe king) lurks in these parts. ;)

"Not sure which one to comment on first! they are all very nicely crafted. Kinda favor the first one.Lov that orange peel finish"

Funny thing about that finish, I had to really turn up the air mix to get it to shoot just right.  All I had was gloss deft.  I was going for a matted finish to cut down on glare.  I do not like to have a shinny bow when out hunting.

WOW lotts to look at, nice bows they must shoot well lotts of meat there.the handles are interesting don't think I've seen any like them. Are they comfortable to shoot?

Thanks.  The handles are something ive come up with that I like.  Ive had some peolple say they didnt care for them, and others who love them.  The ones who love them, like to shot ELBs and Hill stlye bows, the ones who did not care for them were recurve shooters.  So I guess the feel is relative to what one is accustomed too prior to shooting one. ;)

Very nice weapons. The bow going to full draw in front of the shed is the BambkOsage? and the full draw in the room is the BBI? Gordon Ferlitsch posted a thread awhile back about picture quality and it shows again in his Guava bow posted this month.

They are all in order.  Description, then the following pics are of that described bow. ;)

Gorgeous work Burnie, it always amazes me to see people doing so much with Ipe because I've had so many problems with it!

Do you use a full top and bottom form for the R/D or do you use the raised blocks type?

Congratulations on some inspiring work

Very nice bows. I have only made selfbows up to this point but I can see there is alot more out there to discover. You obviously know what you are doing and we are glad to have you here.   Danny
