I made this bow from a blank that I had worked down probably 10 years ago and threw in my woodshed. It had a huge knot that I didnt want to deal with at the time so I gave up on it. I left it pretty stiff 4" on either side of the handle to account for the big hole. Handle is laminated with poplar and pine and the whole bow was finished in steel wool and vinegar stain. I have a friend who knows a family with an 8 year old girl that wanted a bow. Ill see if I can get a picture when she recieves the bow. Heres some pictures.
