Just bought this off of a muzzleloading forum for 315$ Lyman deerstalker… his pictures of the muzzle did not look like this… what do yall think? I just cleaned it real good with soapy water

It appears to have rust. Is it possible to send a bore scope down and have a look at the breech plug? A little surface rust isn't the end of the world.

After a day at the range I’m not too worried about the barrel for accuracy as it seemed to be shooting well. Although as soon I finished getting it sighted in how I wanted it I broke the folding rear sight. I can’t find anywhere to buy replacements!! Any suggestions??

Hard to tell from your picture, most of these barrels are blued on the inside from the factory, it looks like the corrosion goes a little past having the bluing flake off and appears to have some minor pitting.  If you gun shoots well and the patches aren't torn, this pitting is not a big deal. I would give the barrel a good scrubbing with a few pieces of maroon scotchbright pad to smooth things out and get rid of any rust.

Here is how to do it;
