I can’t get it to load on bow trade page . Ok redo. New stave with reflex in the stave! Will pull three rings off to get to good ones.50# bow.

Ok roughed out now to get it straight.
-
First heat session done
-
After first heat straitening. Now to even the side and narrow the tips. Then back to the caul.
-
Ok I went 13” pretty much parallel from center of the bow and then straight Pyrimid from there to tips. I have found its best for me to finish flipping the tips after I’ve flattened the back as best as possible and got most left and right crooks from the stave blank.this stave had some areas on the back that was concaved. I managed to get most all of this out. But I will be careful during the tiller stage not to hinge these areas.
-
Ok I reduced the mass from the tips on my bandsaw.i will dress the edges on my belt sander and back to the caul for heat session two.
-
Ok second heat session complete and tips are flipped.
-
1-3/4” wide at fades. 13” from center of bow 1-5/8 wide and the tips will end up at about 5/16 wide. 67” ntn. 8” non bend handle section. Limb thickness at this point is right at about 1/2”

Looking really good Arvin! Can’t wait!
-
Ok the bow is pretty straight and the reflex is accomplished.
-

-
Hopefully last heat session. Now overlays.
-

Really looking good Arvin. Great weight also.

That bow looks great Arvin! I can't believe how fast you get a bow built.
-
That’s what I was thinking swampman. That thing looks great and was built super fast imo. I’d still be trying to get it to floor tiller.
-
The master at work here! Very efficient and repeatable process. Top notch work as always Arvin!
-
Thanks for comments guys, this will be 320th bow. Probably 150 on that caul. Ya I’ve got it down pretty good. Three coats true oil.
-
