Title: Obsidian point

I haven’t been doing any knapping lately but today I thought I’d give it a try again. I was getting kinda frustrated so I took a little break from it. Got a piece of black obsidian out and started working on it and got this made out of it on my first go. I don’t think I’ve ever got a point on my first try before. Usually I either end up with gravel or break a pieces first.
Not perfect but not terrible for me

Definitely seeing improvement Muskyman.

Taking a break from time to time sometimes helps. Especially if you a struggling

If you get in the zone keep going
