Sharped in both curves like a skinning knife. It's stone.

Looks like a flake/debitage to me.

Not bone! There is a sharp edge on each side on the inside curve.

Not a debitage. This is one so;id piece of stone. It came from an area with a lot of flakes, in S. TX.

That’s a flake dude, no doubt in my mind.  It actually looks like an over shot flake to be honest.  Produced from the reduction process.

Yup. Overshot flake. It won't work as a skinning knife anyway. The part that has the potential to cut the internal organs has to be dull.
