Title: George "Jawge" Tsoukalas Passing
Post by: Eric Garza on April 04, 2023, 10:47:08 pm
I'm not sure where to put this, but I just saw it on Facebook and wanted to share it: George Tsoukalas' Obituary (https://www.pelhamfuneralhome.com/obituary/George-Tsoukalas)

"Jawge", as many folks knew him, has contributed to these boards for years. He died this past Saturday, on April 1, 2023. He will be missed.

RIP George. This is a massive shock, one of the stalwarts of Primitive Archer. A sad time indeed. He will be sorely missed. Best wishes to his family and friends. Thank you Eric, for letting the archery community know about his passing.

Not a frequent flier these days but once in a while check in to see what is new. George posted words of advice and encouragement for me in the early period of bow making and was never overly critical or harsh in his replies. A fine example of a man and a loss to all. My utmost respect to him and sincere condolences to all whose lives he touched.
