Title: Cleaning up concave section

I I am cleaning up a half-round channel  inside a 3x2 oval loop of mild steel. I'm using emery sanding belts cut and stuck to suitably shaped sticks as I cant get my power file or bench files in there.  Just checking I'm doing it right, cant think of any alternative.
