I'm Working on another hickory recurve right now its at 45# at 15" aiming for 50 at 27.... The dimensions are 65" long 2" for 20" tapering to an inch (at the moment. I will make the tips smaller later for string alignment) 8" none working handle. and 7" static tips, which i am going to recurve later... like when i get to 20" or so? Its at a low brace right now ( because i can't get a higher brace on it yet). It has taken about 1/2" of set. Also whats the best heat treat method? like how long and how hot? usually i cook it over some coals for 30 minutes or so, or use a heat gun... is there a more specific recipe i should use? ..... sorry so many questions!! so whdyall's suggestions? Thanks.

Looks like It needs more bend in the right Outer limb viewer from the second picture, also use oil for Heat treating to prevent scorching
