Looks like the right limb's bending too much in the inner-middle.

Get your outer and mid limbs bending more and leave the inner limbs along for now.

Agreed especially that right limb. It's already set the limits for the rest of your bow. Everything else has to start bending enough to take the stress from there and spread it along the entire limb. Your most stress will be right out of the fades so your limbs need to get thinner and or narrower as they go towards the tips. Try to make everything except the last few Inches of limb bend. It takes a bit of time but eventually you will develop a eye for it.

Do you think he can get it evened out in 3 more inches. It 55 lb at 25 inches now.

He will need all of 5# to correct it.
