Title: Started to shoot in my maple longbow - looks like it'll hold up.

I shot a quick video, quality is poor but you get the idea. Now I just need a better place to shoot. I'll continue to fiddle with the tiller with my knife, I know it's not perfect.

  It looks great, seemed to be pretty quick also in video, snappy sound to it.

It does feel snappier than my flatbow from the same wood. This time around I heat treated the belly while the bow was clamped into some reflex, which took out some of the set and I think helped the performance.
