Made this display for the winged dinger point.
Its purpose is a hanger for duck calls for my nephew.
All the parts are from previous hunts with him, except the turkey feathers.
He killed the turkey hunting by himself one day.

You are an artist. That display is as fine as the point.

Not very often do you see something new, something REALLY new in this category. But I am simply thrilled with what you have done here.
1) Useful as all get out for hanging calls
2) Horns are always pretty
3) That point!!!!
4) One could use the horns and the jaws from the same deer, then be able to remember the age of the buck due to tooth wear.

He should really like it.

Unique display. Very nice.

I agree JW very unique...you outdid yourself on all accounts!

Thanks y'all. It is very special to me and my nephew,
I've done several European mounts where I'll mount the whole lower jaw assembly to a support that tilts slightly downward.
Then the head will sit on it and the jaw bones interlock with the skull and holds it in place. The head and horns can be tilted backwards and lifted off the jaws and put back on just as easy. Both sets of lower teeth are fully visible too and it really gives a European mount a better look I think.
I'll try to find a pic of one and post it.
