I got in the Christmas exchange and made this set of 3 matched spine and weight arrows. Kinda hoping my recipient takes them out and uses them but understand if he doesn't. Two stone point hunters and one target point practice. Red osier shafts hand filled to spine and weight. Mahogany obsidian points I knapped, not my greatest but to weight and should get the job done. Pine pitch, white tail sinew, wild turkey fletching and self knocks. Tapered shafts spined at 63 lbs bareshaft target point shot great from my 50lb HHB almost center shot bow. Sure hope my recipient has a bow they shoot as good out of as mine. Merry Christmas three

Had to try them all out. They all shot great. Couldn't get them bloody but a little apple juice never hurt anybody.
A few more pictures 1st bareshaft then hit apple 2x in a row with the target point.

You sure do know how to make some nice looking arrows.

Gush Thanks a bunch Rob. Actually making them look good is the easy part. Making them really shoot good and matched spine and weight is the challenging part. I really enjoy working with shoot shafts even if they are more time consuming.

See ya used the "signature bj" cresting design! ;)

Thanks Knoll. Yea I just can't seem to help myself have to put my crest on everything. Wasn't sure about the knife at 1st but I really like how it turned out sure hope my recipient does to.
