Title: RBL arrows
Post by: johnfolchetti on October 04, 2016, 02:05:12 pm
Came home one day last week to a surprise package from Russ Lusthaus.
Inside I found  half a dozen maple arrows that are absolutely gorgeous.
23/64, 50-55# spine, weights of 602, 605,605,605,606, and 616 grains.
Pics are my fault and don't do justice to Russ's craftsmanship.
Pics below.

They look pretty good from where I'm sitting. Get some points on them then get some blood on them.   ;)

23/64 is a new diameter for me.....Points are enroute from a sponsor as we speak.

Good looking set of arrows. Is that 600 grains without heads or points , if so they will be some pretty hefty weight arrows when finished. :)

Yes Pappy the weights are as pictured without points. I didn't have any 23/64 heads in stock when I took the pictures. They should penetrate like nobody's business.

Thanks for the nice words, John.  Hope they fly right where you look!  I'm expecting venison BBQ in the near future!!!!!

Pappy, those weights are the full 32 inches, and I do believe that John shoots an arrow a couple inches shorter than that, so, maybe they end up a little lighter than you first suppose.
