It has occurred to me that the metal from our farm tillage equip that has to be replaced when it's worn down is probably some pretty good quality steal. Every year we send chisel plow teeth. Disk blades, coulters to scrap steel recycler. I was thinking maybe I could pick a few pieces I think might be nice working stuff and bring to Marshall. Thinking maybe Osage might want some, anyone else? If you don't think it's worth trying I won't bother, let me know what you think.

PS the stuff gets heavy in a hurry so I don't want to bring a lot more than any one would want.

PS kinda the opposite of from swords to plow shares.

It is good steel, I made some great knives out of old disk blades and the flat guider blades that were on the back some old plows and planters. :)
