Man I can't thank knoll enough for this one he really went all out with a lam bow for me. I did put a new string on the bow and this thing came alive . It is Bamboo-backed osage. Micarta overlays on tips. Wenge, padauk, and fruitwood laminated handle. 66" long, 47# @ 28". Flat out spits an arrow. I am sorry I don't have a full draw picture yet wife has been working nights . But I did get a few pictures of it that Patrick will be along to post them up for me. Thank you Patrick. And thank you again Knoll. I really love the bow. These bow trades are alot of fun. And yea knoll this one will see some woods time. And until I get a full draw picture there is one of knoll pulling it back on page 31 of the another invitational bow trade thread. Thanks. Knoll.

Great looking bow there but, from that picture, it looks about six inches short of a "full draw"... ???
;) :)
-
Nice bow! I really like the unbraced/ braced profile. I really like seeing these trade bows. Thanks to all you guys that get up pics for the rest of us can drool over them! Cheers- Brendan
-
Congrats on receiving such a nice bow Bob
-
Thanks everyone. Yea it will get to go hunting some this fall. And I will get a full draw picture up as soon as I can.
-
Nice looking stick! Congrats.
-
Love it! Congratulations on your new weapon 😊
-
That bow looks like it was made to hunt, very nicely done Mike. Congrats to you Bob, good luck in the woods this fall.
-
Honestly, Bob, it was bit intimidating to know you'd be comparing this bow to that rocket-launcher of a bow ya got from Pat (lebhuntfish) last year. Thanks for kind words and am glad to know it works for you.
-
Hey knoll I am glad you was intimidated by Pats bow. It made you dig deep and create this beauty for me. And for high 40,s it spits an arrow down range pretty darn good. and it is a joy to shoot. Thank again knoll. By the way what is the little piece of wood tapered on both ends between the osage core and the boo in the grip area. Is that osage also.? Is that to keep the handle section stiffer?
-
That's a beaut Mike.
-
Great job on that beauty Knoll. Good luck with it this fall Bob.

Yep, to prevent handle area from bending. Term for that pc is "power lam", though it adds no power. :-\ ::) ???
-
Congrats Bob. That's a sweet stick!
-
That's a looker! Nice work for sure.
-
Congrats Bob! I saw that one before he sent it off. It's was pretty sweet. Nice job Mike.
-
Thanks guys for all the fine comments. Mike deserves them all. I really like shooting this one .
-
Man Bob, that's two years in a row you have won the lottery! The funny thing is both bows came from Missouri!
I got to get a good look at that one at mojam. It sure is a sweet bow. It's actually inspired me to start my own BBO! Nice job for sure on that one Knoll. I know we give you a hard time but you out did yourself on this one!
Patrick
-
Great bow Mike!
-
Well that tells me you Missouri boys must know what your doing. Hardest part for me will be what one to grab when I go hunting. LOL. you guys both out did yourselves with the two bows I have. The two years prior to that I got really nice bows also.
-
Thanks, again, guys.
-
Both Mike and Patrick are great and incredibly talented guys.
-
Thank you.
Patrick
-
Paul don't make them Missouri boys heads any bigger than they already are. LOL. Just kidding they do have some talent
-
Great bows on these trades!
This one is no exception
-
That's awesome! Jawge
