Title: Tung Oil on Cloth Backing

Will tung oil work well to finish a bow with cloth backing?

Here is a sinew- cloth-backed Osage bow with six coats of Minwax Formby's Tung Oil Finish. Worked well for me.

That's a beauty.  Do you think the blend is much different than straight tung oil?
