Title: 50 year old longbow continued
Post by: huntertrapper on February 22, 2008, 10:17:52 pm
pictures of full draw. i think i didnt put the rest at the right place for good arrow flight. though i shot it and they flew great. So, ::). Handle is rabbits fur and buckskin. and the hide is tied at the ends with buckskin. the floppy rest is from raw dried elk hide though it is hard hide. and the handle broke off this bow as it did the other. so i shaved it down and just left it go. i was tired of bothering with it so now its kind of a flat bow?  ??? ::)

Pretty cool. No stats though. what weight, draw, length ... ;D
Sometimes on bendy handle bows ya gotta move yer hand around til you find the sweet spot.
