Blue beech, silver maple, hickory and tinder fungus off a birch tree.

Yep, except the maple is sugar sapling and the "hickory" I think is white oak. Here's another pic.

That's a tough one. Going with white oak, but the bark does look pretty Elmy.

Is silver and sugar maple good bow wood? We have all kinds of that stuff around here

Average bow wood. But can make a decent bow if designed right. Needs to be wide

Silver is brittle from what I understand and see when the wind blows. Sugar maple is supposed to be pretty good but I have not made a bow from either. Someone on here made some real long silver maple bows I think?
