Just finished the Tung Oil coating on this bow.
The wood came out beautiful ( so hard to get pictures to really show )

The color of the skins is really matching the wood nicely

Will get the grip on sometimes today than I'll take the full spectrum of obligatory pictures ;D ;D ;D
the Bow has equal length limbs
.......Now, when you'll look at the braced and full draw pictures you'll need to take in consideration that the upper limb is straight and the lower limb starts reflexed than turns at mid limb.

Ho yeah, it shoots great and it's very quiet.
-
That is a sweet looking piece of guava.
-
Very nice NP. Those skins look awesome against the guava.
-
very nice bow.Tony
-
Great looking bow. Timber rattlers are one of my favorite skins.
-
That came out great manny. I like the simplicity of the handle...looks comfy. That guava is some gorgeous wood.
-
where did you find guava... it grows here in south florida but for the life of me i can't find any that i won't get shot trying to harvest... *(sad face)
-
This one is strawberry guava not the common yellow.
Guava wants to grow like a bush so to get decent bowwood you need to go into deep dark valleys where the trees will grow strait and tall because they're looking for light
-
Real nice looking bow and that is some pretty looking wood. I've never held guava in my hand but from the pics. it just looks like a dense wood, is it?
-
Pics look damn good to me
-
Damn fine work, it all flows nicely.
-
Glad to see you back in it Manny. Looks like you haven't lost any talent. She's a beauty. Looking forward to seeing full draw.
-
Looks great Manny! Those skins are killer.
MSturm
-
Beautiful as usual Manny, I always look forward to seeing your bows.
-
Good looking bow, many.
Paco, yellow guava makes a good bow, also.
-

Here's the braced/full draw pictures.
the bow has a sligth negative tiller since it's equal length limbs, but less negative than if limbs had equal profile,...just a touch of negative ;D ;D

-
This bow looks fantastic, Manny!
Question: How long would a Guava bow need to be for a 30" draw?
-
thanks Frank.
I would make it 68" but I'm not sure if it's necessary or not ;D
-
Nice bow, now pull up your drawers or put on a shirt, my wife walked by and was suddenly VERY interested in bow making, lol. >:D
