Decided to take the afternoon off from bow hunting due to the rain and sit on the porch. Problem is that I can't sit and do nothing so here it is.

I never have hunted with stone points as of yet, I have built 5 self bows and 2 dozen arrows, 6 with stone tips. I am still trying to convene myself that I can pull it off if I try. I have hunted with longbow and recurves, iknow that the stone points are definitely sharp enough, this stone used to make this point is the same one I was working last year when I slipped and cut a 2 inch long spot across my index finger knuckle where it joins the hand and cut 3/4 of the was through the tendon. 9 stitches later it was closed up. It was so sharp that it never hurt I just knew when I slipped that it was not good.
