This was a doggy piece, bit of twisting and turning to get lined up.shoots fast, tips are 3-1/2" in front of the back at rest, feels like mid 40's at 26",heated,jute and leather lace wrap with rosewood tips.i must say this one has a ton of early draw weight!thanks rob!
-
Way cool! Full draw looks really nice.

Looks like a killer r/d bow Rob, nicely done. I've been inspired by your work with elm, always looks like you get the most out of the wood. I have one I'm working on now and keep looking back at your recent post for good examples of what can be done with elm.

Thanks guys!greg I deeply respect your work indeed!i would have to add your tiller style is the closest to mine that I've seen here on PA.looking forward to see that elm!

Good design...is it just me or do my rusty eyes see almost a hinge starting to develop in the lower limb? Or is there twist from mid limb to fade in the lower limb giving it that its stiff there illusion? ???
-
Thanks, yeah maybe, there are two knots in the bottom limb, one at thee stiff spot and. Another midway in the lever.thanks will keep an eye on it.
-
