Normally I remove OS bark with a dull drawknife. It won't peal off, I have to scrape it off. I got a piece about a week ago that peeled like spring willow. Full length pieces of bark. I've never had that happen. I thought it may have something to do with the flowering but I got another today and same old sticky bark. Is there a special time when their bark is loose?
