It has been a relatively slow year for me, but with a rare early snow event in southeast Kansas I got lucky. This guy came cruising by at 12 yds. I was shooting a Rawhide backed Osage bow I built in 2010.

Nice to see shots like that, Unlike these outfitters with their multi thousand dollar equipment out hunting with their Wheelie bows. Ok so.......they can shoot at a greater distance, but traditional hunters have done the same like Fred Bear and Bob Lee just to mention a few.... ;D when I say traditional I mean primi equip as well.
