Title: A mixed lot
Post by: Stringman on September 04, 2014, 10:42:54 pm
Had a note from Carson to get my butt in gear, so even though it was hot I had to get busy. Obsidian, TX chert, Sonora, and Burlington make up the bag and all of them ready to hunt.

Matched set, very nice..

Just curious, what type of rock do you like the most? Several different kinds in that mix.

Tough question...

Love the sonora because it works so well raw, and makes a super sharp yet durable point. However, when I drop the string on a big roman nose I want obsidian at the tip. JMO

Cookie cutter points. Look deadly and fun too make. I never get tired of looking at this stuff.
