these are the viburnum arra's i finished a couple o weeks ago, i knapped all the heads cept the one second form right , thats a Norm Blaker point, i always carry Norm Blaker mojo with me in the woods. oh and thats deer sinew to wrap fletchin's n points with pine pitch

How forgiving are the points when target missed? With points as fine as those, I'd be inclined to pass up anything but the "sure deals" for fear of breaking a point! Am I off base here, or is that a legitimate fear amongst you knappers?
At any rate, those are fine points tipped on fine-looking arrows.

thanx docmann but it's kinda all part of the game, actually ime they seem to hold up pretty well maybe a chip here or there that can easily b fixd and honestly I get more damaged when connecting with animals than when I miss

Don't know how I missed this. nice looking work...I've just found a source of viburnum shafts. You have help inspire me to do some of this types of shafts .
