That is ficus, fig in English
You can see the fruits growing

Yummy! fig!  I wish we could grow them here.   Not good bow wood, I don't think.

Fig. There are quite a few planted near my place.

If you're planning on harvesting some, they're a bit like avocados. Once they're ripe it's almost too late :D

If its something we can harvest we'll keep it around.  Save on the grocery bill.  Wife said fig are pretty healthy.

Yeah, you can do quite a lot with them. They're used in sweet and savoury dishes.

Probably a brown turkey variety fig.

figs, delicious figs.  Pick them when nice and brown and a little soft.   Cut them in half, sprinkle just tiny pinch of brown sugar on them, and quick broil them.  then add a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, and enjoy!!
