Title: 2nd bow I've made (Mullberry)

This is the 2nd bow made out of the Mullberry from the family farm. Made this bow for my 13yr old son. It's 66" and 32lbs at 24" draw. Used the top off of his old boots for a one peace grip. Marcus T. Snaked the bow with copperheads, made some e pay tips, also used that road kill mink I found last week for some string silencers

Nice job! Like those skins....I like it when you can see a little belly.on the side of the limbs.

How long should Mulberry be seasoned before making a bow with it if starting with a stave?  After the Mulberrry bow has been roughed out to near finished dimensions how long should it be left to season before final tillering?  BTW very nice bow.

Nice mulberry bow.  Boot leather is a great personal touch!  8)
