Some points, bones and celts found around WV.... these were found 25-30 years ago, mostly along the Ohio River.
-
Nice find did you find all of those.

Really nice diversified collection. May have been a digger?

I used to walk plowed fields and find points. Some were found on the river bank, usually after high water receeded. The bones were also surface funds in what was called a trash pit. Lots of mussle shells were in the area also. Along with these you find lits of broken artifacts also. You are correct, the Ohio River Valley seems to be a melting pot for many native americans. My guess it was a major travel/trading route.

The black tooth looking pieces in the center picture are made from coal...I was told they are called "canine coal" pieces. They were used on a necklace I presume. Appropriate using coal in the WV area..lol

Ah ha, Washouts on those silty riverbanks would explain the great condition.
I am guessing that you have plenty brokes also.
I have been around the Moundsville area. Pretty advanced folks lived there years ago.
I agree about the trade routs. Unfortunately industry seems to be the order of the day there now.
Nice saves,
