Great, just goes to show we don't need to sweat so much worrying about twist

Nice :) How much twist in degrees over the length of the bow?

You could fix the prop twist.

Like that a bunch!  I'm with Del on this one, my first thought was "Wow, look at the twist".  Then I saw the full draw!

From the top photo it looks like it has retained good reflex. I noticed that with sassafras bow I just finished also. Maybe the length helps with that. Anyway, nice job.

working on a sassafras bow now while I am waiting for more supplies to arrive. mines a lot shorter but I love tht you kept the twist in! I feel that recurves need to be straight at the tips but otherwise, if it draws and shoots well what else could you adk for!

half of the selfbow staves I get have prop twist in them. my opinion is; if it doesn't affect the performance of the bow, then it's natural character that is just as well left in!
