Dang, looks like a real quick shooter.

Hey, George... if you got your feet apart more, bent your knees and got more 'into' the bow, you'd probably pick up a bit more cast. You're kinda just standing there shooting it target style.

Hi
You get hit by 140# and don`t care about it? Great! ;) ;D ;D
Kind regards
Andi

Wow...i mean really..looks like no effort at all. good stuff.
-
Impressive stuff :)
I wouldn't want to bet against you in an arm wrestle ;)
You make that look like you are shooting a 40 lb'er

Yeah... casual, doesn't even come close :o.... No fancy leaping about, just a nice quick draw'n'loose.

Hi guys!
Yes, it seems easy, but it's not. I think I could do and 160#. No good technique is still, and 160 bow will not . I need to think about these things.

That's a lovely slim bow for a 140# George, Bravo!
You must have used some really dense timbers on that, can you tell us what they were?
-
It is not thin, it's bamboo Ipe - 75" the centre is 32/27, tips are 12/12mm. Yes, in hand not like elm or yew, but the weight is about 750 grams.
-
I have never seen anyone shoot that kind of weight so easily, how far were your arrows going?

I does not measure distance for this bow - surely 200-250 yards with 600-900 grains. Measured only speed - an average of 183 fps.

Holy sh#*^%, That is impressive! When I get home I think I'm going to try and build a Warbow from that Perfect piece Of Eastern Red cedar I have. I want to see if I can pull one ove 90#.
