Title: 1st bow (finished) and 2nd bow (in progress)

Here are some pictures of my first bow which I made last fall and my second bow, which I am currently working on. The second will be for the wife.

nice, you may want to round the edges on the back of the bow they look pretty square, rounding them helps to not lift splinters

Yeah, bow #2 is getting a lot of rounding treatment before it is done. I've still got to get it shaped, and then tillering begins.

Look very nice! What is that quiver made from if I might ask? I like the looks of it a lot!

Canvas, with an old arrow shaft stitched in for support. The strap is a cotton weaved thing. Was my first attempt at sewing with my sewing awl, and I put it together in about an hour. I was very happy with how it turned out, but know right where the next one would be improved.
