Title: SINEW ?

hi guys my girl friend asked me to make sum deer  jerky so i took out 2 big ole half back traps  one peace had a good longer wide peace of SINEW on it .now I'm purty new to most of this primitive stuff and Ive never tried to dry SINEW be for .could i throw it in my dehydrator with the jerky and do it that way or would it be best to dry it in the sun ?

Air dry it on wax paper after all the meat and goo is scraped clean.

i craped almost all of of the messy goo and meat off of it last night .i was just wondering  if i could do it in the bottom of the dehydrator cause from now till Monday we going to have scattered thounder storms . and no sun

Just lay it out on waxpaper in your house and away from pets. It doesnt need sun.

The dehydrater might get too hot. Just lay iy out and it will dry in a day or two.
