Rootbeer slab cahokia, finally after about 15 tries got one not to break ! Not the best scar pattern but it was thin to start with. Should have let the last two tip nocks out. And a piece of river glass from a old factory.(http://i1068.photobucket.com/albums/u455/Tris_Smith/knapping/57EB27BE-CFAE-4884-B931-8D33108A4A87-3175-0000073F2C3D840F_zps687e1c5a.jpg)(http://i1068.photobucket.com/albums/u455/Tris_Smith/knapping/5EDC4B78-AB0B-4A65-8B42-40D8A39F6CC7-3175-0000073F37FE8E67_zpsa9790990.jpg)(http://i1068.photobucket.com/albums/u455/Tris_Smith/knapping/62621F5E-1F83-46CF-9A7B-793F2A484523-3175-0000073F41D34EA0_zps43a4b591.jpg)(http://i1068.photobucket.com/albums/u455/Tris_Smith/knapping/4C6DDEB6-A4F8-4AAC-8ADB-ADBB4931A549-3175-0000073F4B998F74_zpsde757873.jpg)(http://i1068.photobucket.com/albums/u455/Tris_Smith/knapping/6FD619AB-B383-4EE2-A861-70E96D4CE698-3175-0000073F555C600E_zps24bf28ec.jpg)

Cool!

Like them both! More info on "river" glass. It looks like leftovers from glass maker. I like it.

Thanks tracy. The Ellenville glass works was started in 1836 and there is a lot of that old glass in the stream near thie old factory. My wife had that piece for a long time and the few flakes i took off the cobble of glass DID not make her happy, i was going to make her a neckles out of a bigger spall but then i'd half to face the music all over again 😱 bye the way that glass works really nice with a hammer stone and pressure Retouch. thats how I did it anyway.
