I haven't posted anything on here in a while, but I thought I'd pass along these pics of a Bow I just made out of Sugar Maple. Got this stave from Jamie Burleigh who lives in Michigan back in 2011. Roughed it out and had it sitting around for a year and a half before I finally decided to finish it. That maple is SWEET, very light in the hand, very springy and has almost no handshock. Very quiet upon release, too. I'm smitten, and I can't wait to get some more of it.
