my oldest grandson will be able to hunt big game this coming season so i made him this knife for Christmas, i did buy this blade, it's his first knife and i wanted it to be a good one, rawhide lined the sheath, got this leather and a whole lot more give to me from a upholster, Bub(http://i623.photobucket.com/albums/tt320/bubncheryl/Picture003-36.jpg)

Nice knife Bubby! He's gonna be real excited when he sees that I'm sure. Remember my first couple from way back in the 60's, started with a simple pen knife from my grandparents then a scout knife was next, started the fire for my love of the outdoors. I remember just
holding that scout knife and turning it around in my hand and day dreaming about camping and such, oh to be a kid again,lol.
Anyway, good job there grandpa ;)
