Title: Couple of corals
Post by: Ryan_Gill_HuntPrimitive on September 27, 2012, 12:12:19 am
Thanks to Eddie I got some coral to tinker with. I made these two points up to shoot off my sinew backed cedar bow.  they are both smaller than they appear.  the right one, kinda a mini newnan style is about 50 gr  and the right, a small Bolen is about 80.  I am really surprised at how sharp these are. nearly as sharp as obsidian but way stronger.  thanks Eddie!

Those look good, Ryan. I've got a set like that on inserts to go in some cane arrows. They're about the size of a Penney.
