Latly I've been working on some points that have a little more body to them. Time to get some shafts ready for season. Looking at the pic I see a few still need to be tweeked a bit. I'm trying a few serrated points this year. Let me know what y'all think. Tower

Good lookin points, I,m not a fan of serrated for hunting, believe they will catch alot of hair, just my .02 worth. Good Luck this season. Bob

OUTSTANDING. Would love to be able to make a hunting point half that good.
Still working on that rock that you, your brother, My wife chris and I picked up on that misty day last winter. Need more lessons I guess. Maybe this winter when I come out, hint!!

nice looking points i would sling em down range I am working on getting a bow so maybe i can try and see if i can hit anything.

They have my approval, I like them all. And I like serrations. How much do they weigh?
-
I also have concerns about the hair, but I have found several with them. Maybe they were for hunting humans. They weigh between 98 to 131 grains. I practice with 100 & 125 grain. I find very little difference in flight at 20 yds. Tower.

Looks like a good bunch of points to hunt with!

Those are very lethal looking, Don! As well made as your points always are, I'd say the serrations are fine. For my part, I have been trying to get a highr length to width ratio and hope that helps with penetration. I was sorely disappointed last season and don't want to go through that again.

Beautiful points tower.Look good for the job too.I think if you are close and have good shot placement, any of them would make a clean kill. ' Frank

Another GREAT job Don! All look good to me. I like the 2nd one from the left on top. Maybe give it a couple of notches for a closer haft. Man, I'd like to sit in the pit w/ you for a couple of hours or more. dpg

Those are beautiful! I hope at least one of em is crusty red the next time we see em! Josh

serrations are the way to go. I get really sharp serrations on mine and they penetrate well. shooting too big a point is where i see penetration problems

Missed this one. :o
Those serrated points are perfect, Don!
