I found this GEM in my grandpas shed, I have never seen one of these before but I sure wish I had when I was smithing...
Anyone have any idea what you call it, where its made, and how much it might be worth?
Its rusty but everything works just fine.

See if this matches your Blacksmith Vice Anvil.
1914 ADJUSTABLE BLACKSMITH VISE ANVIL.
Overall length is about 23" (closed), overall height is about 8", the jaws are 3 3/4" wide, weight is about 45 pounds . The anvil has a 3/4" square Hardy Hole , it's marked on one side "PATENTED SEPTEMBER 22 1914".

O man how I would love to have one of them to go with my old drill press,very cool find. :) :)I love it. Now you can lube and fix it up and it will be ready for a new productive life. :) :) Be around for your grand kids. :)
