My wife said she wanted to read a book on the porch and suggest that I make a point while she read. Who could said no to that? I will let the photos say the rest.

Awesome. Thanks for showing the tools. Cut the ulna bone tip down to the wider part and it will be stronger for notching and dressing the edge. Very well done dude

Lol no Bevan I think I was a romance novel. Anyway I learned more about isolated platforms and ishi stick techniques making that that one point than I have learned in the last month of knapping.
I can edge to edge easier with the antler than with the copper because I learned to use that groove in the antler. I think you get much better bending flakes with the antler. I must not be using the copper correctly.

How big on antler point do you use? I am in the planning stage of making an antler stick and have an idea on what I want to do. I just want some input.
