Hey guys.
I was up late last nigth on this site and saw someone using sturgeon skins on bows in lilac. Those were SWEET! I'm finishing my first shortie recurve designed for shooting big fish at point blank from a kayak. Sturgeon skins would make this bow.
Thanks,
Scott

in lilac.
Thanks,
Scott
What do you mean in lilac?

I think they were Lilac. There is a build along with sturgeon skins. The wood used looks like the Lilac bushes at the end of my block.
They call it something different in the buildalong.

Oh. Ok. Thanks. I didn't realize they got that bid.

The bush is taller than I and some of the stems are pushing 2" in diameter.
