I seen in a magazine, can’t remember but it might have been Backwoods Man (I can’t find it, I know I got it around here somewhere, but where?), how to make a simple hand plane. Believe it was an Asian design. It is coffin shaped, a metal pin across the plane in the bottom quarter, a blade and a wedge. When the blade and wedge are installed they lock against the metal pin. It showed how to make it. If anyone has seen this or has made similar hand planes I would appreciate some information on how to make it. Thanks.
