Not yet - shouldnt be a problem as it is dead already.

Flat rate international at the post office.
-
Several times, no problem. Just remember to fill out your Customs form before you get in line and save the person some money and not put a high value on it.

How much did it cost you to send it and the person who received it? How heavy was it? I’m in Canada but was wondering how much it would cost for someone in the US to send up some rock. Thanks.

Flat rate box is the best.About 25lbs.DO NOT USE UPS OR ANY COURIOR SERVICE.They will charge you a clearing fee minimum $30. Depending on what province you are in there might be sales tax.
Gst and duty around 12-15%.This is if it shipped from a busness address. Ifin the guy mails it out using a personal address you can get away from some of the taxes. If you are close to the border shipp it to a freinds house and drive it across. This is what I do. A quick call to canada customs they'll let you know. 1-800-O-CANADA
Thanks Leroy

I've packed a Flat Rate box, I don't remember the amount but I'm almost positive it wasn't more than $25. I forgot the price for International shipping.

Thank you everyone for the replies and the info.

Last stave I sent cost alsmost $50. :'(

I don't know, I had sent a couple of staves a year earlier and it wasn't that much. I guess some rates were raised or something. I am going to try to limit my trading to the lower 48. Extra shipping $$$ is hard to come by for me.
