anyone have the info on the dade city knap in? Im going to be in FL all winter so I want to go back to it.  anyone have the dates or contact inf?

I think it's the third weekend in Feb. I plan on being there.There's a primitive art weekend at the Silver River State Park on March 2nd-4th.Last year was the first and it was a good weekend,lots of knapping,brain tanning ,pit firing pottery etc.
Hope to see alot of folks.

I'm pretty sure Roger is right on the weekend. It is usually the week end after the Alifia River Rendevous. I'll be there also.

I went back and looked at my pictures from last year and it looks like the knap-in was the last week of Feb. But this year it is supposed to be like it used to, a Primitive Arts Festival. Soap making, cordage, pottery etc. The guy in charge has my phone number and is supposed to call, he wanted me to demo making bows. I don't have his, unfortunately.
