this is my first non-slab point, made a antler billet and was trying to reduce to a preform, nocked some long flakes off and made this with a small hammer stone and finnished the edges with my horseshoe nail tool, Bub(http://i623.photobucket.com/albums/tt320/bubncheryl/Picture001-2.jpg)

it's a little thicker than I like but I think it'll hunt

Ok Bub - when you comin to visit? We can work on those things together! I almost never use slab - usually work raw material brought in from lots of different folks.
