Title: Trade Treadway Black Forest longbow for BBO
Post by: horatio1226 on October 12, 2011, 06:42:05 pm
Its time for my son to move up in weight so we are offering this beautiful RH Black Forest by Treadway. The bow is marked 42# but the previous owner had 5# removed from it. The bow has black and white ebony riser and boo limbs. Typical Treadway bow. Beautiful, fast and quiet. We are looking to trade it for a nice bamboo backed osage longbow or similar 60" or so and between 41-45#.

Adam, Mike makes glass over wood bows. And they are pretty, fast  and quiet.

Mike shot an elk(his first) with a 41#@28" Black Forest a few years ago. The arrow shot through the elk and sunk in the ground.
