wood workers dream.  Reasonable priced straight grained pinkish lovely wood. 

Bow makers nightmare. 

Tried to make 2 ELB's with it an RFDF and a static recurve. 
Static broke.
2 ELB's snapped clean getting into the home stretch (unless I'm dong something serriously wrong).
RFDF wont fit into a moderate form with out heat even when cut to 1/4" laminations.

Light weight and super rigid.  While it was working it was feeling pretty nice on the tree.  A bit like it compounds quickly though. 

Plan for the other 1/2 of the board.  (1) cut into thin laminations to go between bamboo and hickory as an action wood.  (2) make arrows.
