hey guys,i need help.i am getting ready to write an article for PA.i have been taking pics and tring to post them here.i have a 12 megapixel camera.every pic i take is too large to post.i put my pics in paint and resize.they still come out to large.i can change the pixels down small enough,but i don't know how to change them from megabytes to kilobytes.can anybody help me.i am no genius.accually i am a computer caveman.please someone help me.i have alot of cool pics,i just can't post them.thanks guys,steve

Put them on photo bucket first and you can make them any size you want.

They have to be down sized for this forum ,but be sure to save them in the larger size if they are going to print them in the magazine. :)

thanks guys.some of my pics will load if i size them to 600x450.some of them won't when i do this.i don't know how to change the megabytes to kilobytes.there has to be a way in windows paint,i just don't know how to do it.

I have found that the percentage method works best I have a 12mp camera and I reduce the pics to 10% and it works well.Ron
