I'm bringing some rhyolite to sell if anybody's interested.  Looking forward to seeing everybody there.

Looks like a lot of fun and fellowship. Always wanted to go since I read about it in the Primitive Technology series years ago. Someday.

Dang I wish I had thought about going to that!
I was about 50 miles north of there yesterday in an old quarry digging for amethyst
and about 10am the bottom fellout. Rained 4" in 4 hours, atleast.
By 12:30 the road out of the quarry was under 2 feet of water, so nobody was leaving even
if they wanted to. Got out of there around 6pm and headed on home even though I had
all my camping gear with me. Was just tired of being wet!
And then that slow moving frog-strangler sat here for most of the night and morning.
Should've gone to Gastonia, Dang it!
Hope they had good weather today and for tomorrow.
Joe
