Just wanted to show what became of some guava I got from Manny in 07. Was waiting for the perfect time to work on it but seems I went too fast again and ended up with a hinge and a splinter...thus the wrapping!!
It came in under weight ( as usual for me) at 43# at 27" it's 66" ntn Tip overlays are snakewood I got on a trade here.
It is fun to shoot the lighter poundage but still would have like 47+. The more I shoot it the better I feel that it has not broke yet!!
Told my wife I should put on shorts and take off my shirt for a "Manny shot" but nobody would really want to see me do that!!! ;D

That looks pretty darn good to me! that stave has allot of character and looks like it has some humps and bumps that would make tillering challenging but I think you handled it pretty darn good IMO ;D Overlays look real nice too!
As far as the manny shot tempting but ;D :D
